Senior QA Analyst
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior QA Analyst to ensure the correct Quality Assurance and Quality Management processes are implemented. Although this is a senior level position you will remain extremely hands on. You will need to have experience of working to Agile methodologies and have an understanding of Java, C#, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We are preferably looking for someone who is ISEB certified and is experienced in the use of Test Management Tools. Any experience of Salesforce.com would be highly beneficial as would automation Scripting experience.
This role is going to be initially contract but may look to go permanent in the long term.

My client, a global Investment Bank is looking to bring on board Senior Support Manager to work within the Risk IT operations.
Risk IT Operations is responsible for the maintenance and support of all Risk applications globally, and is the primary interface between the Risk IT Delivery teams, the Risk user
The Support Manager will be located in Singapore and work closely with the London based overall Service Manager. He will share responsibility for the mentioned outsourced support teams that are mainly located in Singapore and India.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Service assurance
- Relationship management APAC
- Incident, problem and crisis management
- Release and infrastructure management
- Reporting, metrics and analysis
- Risk management
- Business Continuity management
- Regulatory and audit compliance
The ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- University degree with Minimum 7 years experience in IT.
- Solid experience in a support role in a large organisation.
- Strong experience in Support Services
- Experience in working in a time critical environment
- Experience in a technical support role would be advantageous but not essential (Unix, SQL, .NET Autosys, Sybase, Oracle, Informatica)
- Must have strong communication and Matrix management skills
- ITIL Certified preferred.
The role will be for the first weeks based in London and then Singapore.
