Our client is a leading financial services firm that is actively growing their Network Operations team due to the need for increased Network support capability for their expanding infrastructure platform.

We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate a good foundation in Network Operations Support (Cisco) and Wintel environments. Knowledge or experience of supporting Cisco VOIP/IPT (Call Manager, Unity Messaging) would be highly advantageous. Experience of working in an ITIL environment would also prove favourable. Above all candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong technical acumen, a passion for what they do and a commitment to providing exceptional levels of service whilst being a true team player.
