Our client is a Tier 1 European Investment Bank. We are looking to recruit a C++ Analyst Programmer/Developer to work within their Asia Pac Equities Team in Tokyo .

The successful C++ Analyst Programmer/Developer will join the cash equities team responsible for the development and support for their reference databases, Middle Office booking systems, and order ticketing systems.

You will be an important member of the development team with the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the cash equities business & gain an understanding of the technologies used through direct interactions with the end users, work with the top technologist in the industry and the FLCD development.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5yrs+ in development experience ideally within Investment Banking preferably in equities systems
• Strong background in C++ and SQL (preferably Sybase and/orOracle)
• Ideally experience in Real Time messaging Middleware eg TibcoRV
• Experience in both a Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of FIX protocols advantageous.
• Japanese language and regulatory environment advantageous.
