Our client, one of the leading Asset/Investment Management groups, is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst with at least 2-3 years experience supporting and maintaining Investment Management specific business systems. The role will be based on a fast paced and exciting trade floor dealing directly with Dealers, Fund Manager and Risk Management staff, supporting them with their application issues. Ideally you should have experience of supporting a trading function in an Investment or Capital Markets business, so have an understanding of trading system terminology, experience of FIX protocol, and experience of providing support in a fast paced and at times pressurised environment.

Preferably candidates should have experience of the LatentZero Capstone products for Order Management functions. Basic technical expertise/appreciation of Network, Server, Application and Database Support and Monitoring. Experience of data interfacing between systems (manual and automated). System testing experience to ensure compliance with specifications. MS SQL Server or equivalent. Object Orientated programming eg Visual Basic. Strong Excel/Access and SQL skills.
