My client a leading global information services provider is looking to recruit a Senior Support Manager who is a great communicator, dynamic and able to sit above and drive an Applications Support AND Helpdesk function (with day to day managers therein). We are looking for those with proven experience of setting up processes/functions, as my client have a lot of new enterprise application coming into the group, some of which are global products - so a similar background of helping to support the implementation of such large applications would be welcomed. We are ideally looking at candidates who have had experience heading up large application support teams/small IT functions within the financial services.
