My client is in the process of setting up a new internal consultancy team to provide analysis and guidance in the development or purchase of new business/IT solutions. It is an interesting and varied role which will include process analysis, relationship management, working very closely with the business and IT, obtaining true business requirements and understanding true IT capability. Influencing skills decision making process.

Commercial awareness together with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and IT is essential. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and will drive the development of the role and the team.

This role would suit someone with a highly analytical mind, a consultative approach and a passion for solving business problems with IT solutions. We will be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a science degree.
