Our client, a leading Asset Management firm, are looking to hire a Six Sigma specialist Business Analyst to sit within their Change Management area which is focused on bringing process improvement in their Securities Services Institutional Operations department.
The department is the Fund Accounting and Middle Office outsourcing teams which manage the end to end operational process. This area has undergone a period of change and rapid growth in funds under administration following the successful take on of new business hence the necessity for improvement in operational efficiencies, reduce risks/errors and improve client service.
Applicants should have good experience within a Business Analyst capacity working on process improvement, process re-engineering and quality programmes to Six Sigma/Lean methodology. Experience within Fund Accounting and Middle Office Securities Services would be a distinct advantage however candidates with solid experience in Financial Services or Consultancy working to Six Sigma should apply. Exposure to change management/regulatory change projects would also prove beneficial as would experience within an Asset management environment.
