PMO Analyst

Our client, is looking to recruit a permanent PMO Analyst to work within their small PMO looking after three major programmes of work. We are looking for an experienced graduate calibre PMO Analyst who has at least two years experience and can demonstrate a clear understanding of financial, legal and administrative processes. You will be responsible for supporting the PMO activity for the monthly preparation and review of programme spend analysis which includes meeting and reviewing actual costs with Programme Managers. You will also assist with preparing rolling forecasts, maintaining contracts and maintaining and updating process and procedure documentation. You will need excellent communication skills alongside the ability to work to tight deadlines; experience on global projects/programmes would be highly beneficial as would experience using financial systems and MS Project.
