Desktop Support Analyst 1st/2nd Line Support - Fund Management, London

Our client, a Fund Manager based in the City is Looking for a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst. We are looking for bright candidates who have around 1-2 years experience of providing 1st/2nd Line support ideally within the Financial Services or otherwise, within a large blue chip organisation.

The role will involve providing remote as well as hands on desk support to the Wintel environment.

We are therefore looking for candidates with hands on experience with as many of the following:
- Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Call Logging solutions
- Active Directory
- Networks LAN/WAN
- Remote Control software
- Blackberry support
- Hardware diagnosing and troubleshooting

In addition, candidates must have at least one relevant qualification such as MCP, MCDST, MCSA, MCSE, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads or 2nd jobbers to work for a reputable organisation within the financial services that offers great career progression opportunities.
