IT FINANCE MANAGER - PMO FINANCE, FINANCE REPORTING

A leading global Insurer operating within the London Market is currently recruiting for an IT Finance Manager to join them on a fixed-term contract basis. Working directly for the CIO, the IT Finance Manager will be responsible for financial control and reporting across the firm's IT estate including both BAU spend (OPEX) and Change/Programme spend.

Accountabilities will include:
Contract management, budgeting, process improvement, software asset management and periodic accrual reporting.

Candidates must have solid experience in a book-keeping or accountancy related role within an IT function. Candidates may come from a Project Accountancy background but all applicants must have experience in a Financial Services environment. Experience tracking IT purchasing/procurement and related contract management is expected, as is the ability to present and deliver monthly and year-end financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
