Our client, a financial services organization based in London, is looking for a Production Support Specialist. The role will involve system support and coordinating daily activities of production control and computer personnel, providing resolution, reporting and tracking where needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure application and infrastructure issues are communicated to business and support teams and coordinating significant releases and change to the IT environment. They are looking for someone who is happy to assist with IT projects such as hardware and software upgrades, as well as coordinating and chairing IT meetings. An understanding of ITIL support processes will place candidates at a distinct advantage.
