My client, a Tier 1 investment bank, is currently looking for an experienced, multi-lingual candidate to join their Client Training Team in the South East. There are 2 positions available, one requiring French and German and the other Italian and Spanish
The candidate will be required to build up a good knowledge base in a wide range of products and ensure that they keep abreast of industry developments.
Candidates must be flexible on their time as our client base covers a wide geographical area and some training may be require to work variable hours. Since many of the Bank's clients are located throughout Europe and the Middle East, fluency (both verbal and written) in English language, French and German is required for this position.
- Prospective candidates must be able to demonstrate that their knowledge and skill set would complement and bring added value to the Client Training Team, typically from the following key areas:
- Fluency (both verbal and written) in English language, French and German is required for this position.
- Proven client service skills.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and a sense of team work.
- A sound knowledge of the Internet technologies and at least 2 years experience in a client support or a client training type position is required for this role.
- Good knowledge of PCs and Browsers.
- Ability to troubleshoot Browser related issues.
- Knowledge of Electronic Banking Products an advantage.
- Knowledge of SWIFT message types and an understanding of payment formatting an advantage.
- Provide consultancy support to Sales Officers at the design stage and selling of solutions.
