My client, a global Investment Bank is looking to bring on board Senior Support Manager to work within the Risk IT operations.
Risk IT Operations is responsible for the maintenance and support of all Risk applications globally, and is the primary interface between the Risk IT Delivery teams, the Risk user
The Support Manager will be located in Singapore and work closely with the London based overall Service Manager. He will share responsibility for the mentioned outsourced support teams that are mainly located in Singapore and India.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Service assurance
- Relationship management APAC
- Incident, problem and crisis management
- Release and infrastructure management
- Reporting, metrics and analysis
- Risk management
- Business Continuity management
- Regulatory and audit compliance
The ideal candidates should have the following requisites:
- University degree with Minimum 7 years experience in IT.
- Solid experience in a support role in a large organisation.
- Strong experience in Support Services
- Experience in working in a time critical environment
- Experience in a technical support role would be advantageous but not essential (Unix, SQL, .NET Autosys, Sybase, Oracle, Informatica)
- Must have strong communication and Matrix management skills
- ITIL Certified preferred.
The role will be for the first weeks based in London and then Singapore.
