As a supplier to the investment community ourselves, we understand in detail the services sector operating in this space. However over the last decade, Cornwallis Elt has remained true to its original mission statement to provide solely recruitment services and we have not attempted to enter the business of providing management consultancy or software to our clients. As such, we have no major conflict of interest in working directly with such providers and have built a successful track record of working with consultancies and software firms, both large and small.

Our model includes providing both contract staff on an associate basis through to managing permanent candidate communities specifically targeted around experience gained in consultancy practice or indeed end user clients. We recognise fully the need for relationship building and client facing skills in these roles as well as both a broad and varied business and technical background, often coupled with a specific subject domain expertise. This might include regulatory initiatives, particular business products, 3rd party software applications or geographical expertise.

We have gained solid experience across the full project lifecycle in providing technical pre-sales and account management staff to both software vendors and broader technology platform providers, also spanning across project and programme management, business analysis and implementation roles through to BAU, testing and support functions.
