For key markets, we maintain specialist database communities of best of breed individuals. To maintain these candidate “silos", we proactively network and head-hunt the best candidates in the market – our goal is to find the most suitable candidate for any given requirement, not just one who can do the job.

Our Consultants have in-depth knowledge of their own vertical markets and they will be able to advise and partner clients in defining their requirements, selecting an appropriate recruitment methodology and successfully completing the mandate including negotiating all financial terms and outstanding issues from both the client and candidate perspective. We are also fully committed to building a post-placement relationship with our candidates as well as our clients.
