Executive Search
For senior level or “difficult to fill" requirements, Cornwallis Elt has built an impressive record in delivering results on a retained search basis. We understand that some requirements require greater attention, sensitivity and wider market coverage than for day to day recruitment. For such roles, we will build a project team focused on presenting the very best candidates available, whether or not they may be on the active job market.
Unlike traditional search firms we gear our fees towards successful delivery and not on the presentation of a shortlist.
The project team will include an Account Manager and one or more Researchers as a dedicated resource team concentrating on your requirements. We will construct a highly detailed role profile and agree a target list of clients, which we will map out and then proactively approach and interview the relevant individuals who we identify. We will represent these candidates exclusively to you until they are offered or rejected and provide you with regular updated progress reports detailing not only the candidates and targets we are considering, but also market news and information that may be relevant to you.
