Executive Director
As Executive Director, Craig has responsibility for leading all front office divisions and activities, supported by members of the leadership team, helping to maximise growth and drive operational best practice.
Craig was also a Board member at his previous firm, Astbury Marsden, where he was a key participant in the successful Management Buy Out team, also overseeing the international expansion of the business into Asia. He had started his recruitment career as a Researcher at Cornwallis Elt in 2001, before re-joining the business nearly 10 years later as a Director.
Outside of the office, Craig loves spending quality time with his family. He also has a passion for all things sport and an insatiable appetite for his music.
