IT Project Manager – Regulatory Change - Regulatory Reporting - Agile Our client, a leading Asset Management firm based in the City, are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their technology and change team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing work on a range of technically driven regulatory change and reporting initiatives spanning Business, Operations and Risk & Compliance whilst ensuring adherence to appropriate management philosophy. The role will require leadership of a multi-disciplinary scrum team of up to 10 direct reports working across several concurrent workstreams. The successful candidate will have experience leading a range of complex technological and regulatory change initiatives within Asset Management or Investment Banking whilst operating within a structured agile delivery environment. Essential Skills/Experience:Experience managing the implementation or significant upgrade of asset management technology such as OMS (thinkFolio, Charles River, SimCorp, Aladdin) or Portfolio Management (Murex or Calypso etc.) or Performance Measurement systems (Statpro, Broadridge) etc.Experience managing regulatory change or regulatory reporting projects within financial services. For example; EMIR, MiFID II or PRIIPS.Demonstrable experience utilising appropriate delivery techniques such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.Over 5 years Project Management experience within Investment Management or Banking.The ability to oversee concurrent workstreams whilst managing planning, budgets, risks and reporting.PRINCE 2 or APM qualifications would be beneficial.This is an exciting opportunity to manage a range of regulatory change projects at a leading buy-side organisation.
