​Rob joined Cornwallis Elt in 2012 and works as a Principal Consultant as well as being part of the leadership team. Prior to joining Cornwallis Elt, Rob spent 12 years recruiting technology change professionals within the general and Lloyd’s insurance markets.

During his time with the business, Rob has expanded his activities from the insurance sector to partner with a range of Digital & Media clients. He has been instrumental in delivering on multiple IT & business transformation programmes, most recently supporting clients on a global technology re-platforming implementation programme.
