Rob joined Cornwallis Elt in 2012 and works as a Principal Consultant as well as being part of the leadership team. Prior to joining Cornwallis, Rob spent 12 years recruiting technology change professionals within the general and Lloyd’s insurance markets.

During his time at Cornwallis, Rob has partnered with legal firms to place roles including Global Head of IT, Head of Change Delivery as well as delivering to large scale PMS Implementations.
