Salesforce System Administrator, Support, CRM, Salesforce, Financial Services - Permanent - £50,000 - £60,000 base + package
A Financial Services firm is looking for a Salesforce System Administrator with strong Salesforce Administration experience to join the IT team on a permanent basis. The IT function is responsible for a user base of 400-500 employees and requires someone with strong experience of supporting and administering Salesforce.
This is an opportunity to take on a highly varied role within an ITIL aligned environment where you become an SME for Salesforce which is the largest application used by the firm whilst providing an escalation point to the Application Support Team. In addition to this you will be required to work with 3rd parties and software vendors to implement systems, upgrades and changes.
You will be responsible for providing hands on technical support including system administration through to fully understanding the technical capabilities of Salesforce with a view to advising how it could and should be utilised.
Knowledge & Experience: -
Strong experience and skills in supporting Salesforce
Support and administration of Salesforce based solutions
Salesforce Configuration
Salesforce Integration
Writing and executing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, SSRS reports
Administration and use of ServiceNow
Working within an ITIL environment
Desirable Qualifications (Any of the following):
ITIL
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert - MCSE
