A global Alternative Investment consultancy are creating a new team and they're looking for an Associate Director to assist the Executive Director in establishing and overseeing the UK and European side of the practice. You will serve as a director within the practice area and will be working with the broader leadership team on developing and growing the company. To do this, you will need extensive experience within Private Equity, a strong drive to succeed, as well as be an expert in software solutions.
You will be a valued part of the company’s vision for growth, creating a brand new team through recruitment and training in order to strategically working towards strengthening the company’s position in Europe. This role will also give you the scope to continue building out your network, working with multiple clients and bringing in new clients as and when required.
The role will entail:
- Overseeing the delivery of services for system selections and implementations
- Consulting with various stakeholders and the leadership team
- Building the brand as a trustworthy and superior service through various means (relationships, services, and marketing)
- Building long lasting relationships with clients as well as stakeholders
- Bringing in new clients
- Serving as an expert in your field
- Building and Mentoring team members
- Ensure the goals and objectives are met
- Craft presentations, proposals, and statements of work
- Innovation – providing new service offerings alongside the leadership team
- Clearly articulate the value proposition for the practice area
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience within Private Equity
- Experience with eFront or Simcorp Dimension Alternatives
- The ability to coach and mentor others while building a team
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
