My Client, a leading global Bank, is seeking an experienced AWS Technical Lead / Designer to join their Knutsford based office on a permanent basis.
You will be joining the Contact Centre team as an experienced designer completing complex technical designs for customer contact channels including telephone, core voice platforms, speech analytics, IVR applications and other customer interaction channels primarily in the cloud space. This will be in support of their cutting edge AWS Transformation and migration, which is one of the largest Amazon Connect migrations globally. You will be working with Business Analysts and architecture teams to deliver integrated designs in order to deliver technical solutions across the Contact Centre.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Technical Design experience across multiple technology stacks
- Commercial Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential
- Proven Application design and integration experience
- Software delivery background is ideal
- Strong Technical Background is essential
