Business Analyst - Lloyd's Insurance Market - Inside IR35 Contract - 6 Months - £600-£700 Per Day
A highly reputable Specialty Insurance company are on the look for a Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis. You will sit within the Digital Transformation team who supports the Regulatory, Risk, and Business Process portfolio, delivering major initiatives, enhancements, and business-as-usual support to the Regulatory and Risk function. With a large portfolio of change to deliver in 2024, we are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand and articulate business needs and goals to drive delivery.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document non-functional requirements as user stories.
- Elicit further requirements and challenge assumptions using various methods including interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
- Identify relationships, dependencies, and impacts of change on multiple systems and processes.
- Support the Product Owner in stakeholder management, obtaining buy-in and managing expectations.
Skills and Experience:
- Data Analysis Expertise: Proven experience working on data requirements, data flows, and data lineage.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile frameworks.
- Business/Product Analysis: Strong background in business analysis methodologies.
- Market Experience: Experience in Lloyd's Market is essential.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with 'C' level stakeholders.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a broad range of problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
