My client, a leading Financial Services organisation has a key permanent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Onboarding team in the Payments space.
You will be responsible for the analysis and key migrations within the Digital Onboarding team, with a specific focus initially on their consumer duty programme. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar Financial Services environment, partnered with previous API and/or Salesforce exposure. Agile experience is also a must as you will be joining a Scrum team.
Key requirements needed for this role:
- Multiple years' experience as a Business Analyst preferably within Financial Services
- Experience working within a scrum team / Agile framework
- Previous API and/or Salesforce experience
- Proven experience supporting technical requirements
- Able to write translate requirements to technical/ non-technical stakeholders
- Extensive stakeholder management skills
