Business Process Analyst – Process Mapping, Strategy, SIPOC, iGrafx, Contract, Inside IR35, Initial 6 months, Liverpool, Financial Services
 
My client; a Boutique Bank, are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join them on a project in Liverpool for an initial 6 months.
 
You will be required to support the start-up of a Process Management function within the business, undertaking a variety of workstreams to support and drive strategy execution. You will also be required to manage a process mapping function, whilst implementing new processes and procedures and communicating the outcome to the business and change management. 

In essence, you will be assisting the design of a new business model as well as streamlining and re-engineering existing business processes coupled with providing support to change management. 

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skillset.

- It is essential to have managed a Process Mapping function or worked within a project to deliver an outcome.
- You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of basic architecture principles. 
- Experience in writing Process Models or Process Maps. 
- Experience of working with SIPOC or COPIS for process improvement. 
- Experience of using Business Process Mapping software such as iGrafx.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma. 
- Financial services would be extremely beneficial to this role.
