Our client, a leading Fund Management organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Technology Project team on a permanent basis.
The Project Manager will manage IT change which has a particular focus and/or impact on CASS rules and which mitigates risks associated with Client Money and Assets. The role reports into a Programme Manager and will require strong stakeholder management skills and meticulous planning of both tasks and budgets. The PM will also provide governance and MI reporting to the technology and business management team.
The PM will deliver projects and continuous change demonstrating agile practices. They will manage a number of projects using agile and provide guidance and support to scrum masters, product owners and delivery managers. This person is expected to collaborate closely with external vendors in the integration of their products.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Successful track record of project management and product delivery within Financial Services across multiple locations.
- Experience of working with Agile and Scrum methodologies and JIRA or Confluence tools is essential.
- Good diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Experience of financial management.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- A flexible, self-motivated individual who thinks on their feet and is a committed team player.
- Delivery and results focused.
- Knowledge of CASS rules and how they relate to Client Money and Client Assets is highly advantageous.
