Our client, a leading Fund Manager is looking for a Cloud Security Lead to join their Global Cyber Defence team on a permanent basis and play a vital role in their cloud transformation programme.
The client is looking to achieve the goal of 80% on cloud by 2025 so this Cyber Security Lead will be responsible for defining their dual cloud (AWS / Azure) security strategy. As the Client embarks on their cloud transformation, the candidate will be working on offering them a new insight and perspective throughout their cloud transformation journey. The candidate will be responsible for the security of public cloud consumption which will require an understanding of stakeholder management so they can understand the requirements needed.
This is a brand-new role within the team where the candidate will be sitting independently but directly supporting the Cloud Transformation Lead in presenting solutions to any issues they may face and continue to support the development of the Client.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge of AWS & Azure cloud-based services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Organisational Transformations (migration from on premise to cloud)
- Experience performing threat modelling and design reviews
- Holds or Capable of holding recognised Security Accreditation (such as CCSP, CISSP-ISSAP etc.)
- A driven individual who can influence change with their perspective
