My client, a financial services data connectivity firm are seeking a permanent Data Scientist to join their team based in their London office. A deep knowledge of Fixed Income as well as Python and R programming will be essential for this position.
In this role you will be providing insight into their data, finding signals to improve their data quality, therefore enhancing their platform. Furthermore, you will be required to solve big data problems and build analytic platforms. The second phase of this role will include building data sets and products to sell to their financial service clients.
Required skills:
- Strong experience with Fixed Income, Bonds or Derivatives
- Obtained a Masters or PHD in Quantitative Finance or Data Science
- Extensive experience with Python and R programming
- 4+ years' experience as a Data Scientist
- Tableau and PowerBi experience for data reporting/visualisation is a bonus
