Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City, are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their change team on an initial 6-month contract.
This role is paying circa £900/day.
They are looking for someone with strong buy side experience working on software development projects, covering the SDLC. This person will be able to adapt their skills to work on different projects and run them on their own, ensuring Agile best practices are implemented.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master comfortable delivering multiple simultaneous agile focused initiatives across business and technology. Having strong experience within a fund management or investment banking environment.
Experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Scrum master, facilitating ceremonies and coaching team(s).
- Must have worked in the financial industry ideally in asset management with a focus on Front office and portfolio management functions
- Must have experience on the delivery of software projects. Covering the full SDLC.
- Scrum Master certification
