A world leading events organisation are looking for a Digital Procurement Manager to join on an initial 6 month contract. You will focus on leveraging current best practice analytics around organisational spend and usage, facilitating and supporting the strategic sourcing process for broad digital service engagements, engaging with stakeholders, and leading with a number of contracting efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing data on spend/usage with current suppliers and providing a meaningful analysis of such data
- Utilising both internal spend and market/industry data to assist with rate analytics modelling for professional service categories
- Leading contracting efforts to put complex MSA, SOWs and NDAs in place
- Managing and aligning stakeholder requirements and expectations to category strategy
- Identifying opportunities, facilitating the strategic sourcing process for new project and ensuring the business achieves the optimal commercial/service delivery mix
- Developing relationships with Professional Services suppliers to ensure consistent delivery and value creation
- Significant experience working within the digital sector and with digital products
- Experience with working with procurement systems and tools
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills: data analysis
- Extensive stakeholder and supplier management skills
