An FTSE100 investor with a strong focus on mid-market private equity and infrastructure requires an Application Analyst to join their small IT team on a permanent basis. Here you will be required to provide 3rd line support to ensure the successful day to day operation of a large portfolio of IT applications while working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.
Reporting into the Director of IT Applications, you will become part of the support team in implementing and adopting new systems, tools and technologies to improve collaboration, efficiency and mobility across the business.
Key requirements for the role include:
- Proven experience within financial services, working in a technical role, supporting business critical applications such as CRM, ERP etc.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams administration
- Experience of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) would be beneficial
- Ability to write queries and reports from Microsoft SQL Server databases using Transact-SQL
- ITIL foundation qualification is desirable
- Experience of dealing with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
