My client, a leading global consulting firm are looking for an M365 expert to join the organisation.
The role will be working on implementing and enhancing the M365 offering for the internal business through understanding internal customer needs and designing the best solution to meet the business goals.
You will engage with business users through workshops, conversations, and ideation to understand how the Microsoft 365 suite can support and enhance the business in delivering the very best professional service to our clients.
Candidates must have:
- Deep and passionate understanding of Microsoft 365 suite including Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Security features and Teams.
- Executive and leadership engagement skills with the ability to create trusted advisor-based relationships throughout the business.
- At least 3 years Business change/relationship management experience
- Strong communication/training skills to facilitate workshop with large groups of business users.
