My client, a leading Data and Analytics organisation, are seeking for an experienced Portfolio Programme Director to join their expanding Delivery function on a permanent basis. This role sits within the Infrastructure Delivery portfolio and would head up their delivery of data infrastructure migrations as well as management of a large transformation portfolio of work.
Reporting into the Technology Change COO and CIO, you will be the Portfolio PM across the enterprise infrastructure book of work. You will be managing the migration of data onto cloud platforms and be held accountable for the successful delivery within the digital workspace. Ability to manage budgets of circa $150million and teams of up to 30 people is also key for this role. This is a strategic role that will require someone with significant experience of running transformation portfolio’s from a managerial perspective at a large scale.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Programme Director and/or Portfolio Lead for large scale enterprise infrastructure portfolios
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, and proven delivery of data migrations
- Managerial experience is key
- Extensive experience of delivering complex infrastructure solutions
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and Agile practices and principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong relationship management skills
