My client, a leading global Financial Services organisation, is seeking a highly experience and Senior Programme Director / Head of Change to join their London based office on a contract basis.
You will be supporting the Group Head of Platform to deliver the Data and Analytics platform, providing both delivery and programme expertise. This is a transformational programme to move the Data and Analytics division from a suite of products to a complete platform that will improve the customer experience. This programme is underway currently but needs a senior Programme Director to create some order out of the chaos, and that is able to deliver the business value swiftly.
To be successful in this role you will need ;
- Proven Programme Director / Head of Change experience in a top tier bank or wider Financial Services organisation
- Proven Delivery experience, managing large scale programmes of work
- Proven ability to shape and drive platform delivery
- Experience and understanding of Data Management and Market Data at scale
- Superb stakeholder management
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast paced environment
- Background in both IT (Software) and business change projects
