My Client, a leading global Financial Services organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join them on a contract basis.
You will be working on a key Customer Migration Project, in charge of migrating all clients on to a new platform within region, ensuring there is no downtime on the platform caused by the migration. The focus will be on a mix of individual clients and certain portfolios, in which you will need to liaise with clients, the internal delivery teams and sales teams as required. Further to this you will be in charge of ensuring execution against migration/onboarding processes, risk and issues management, and ensuring processes are adhered to across onboarding and client management.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Project Management experience in a top tier Financial Services organisation or blue chip organisation
- Proven experience delivering a customer migration project
- Client/Customer facing experience is essential
- Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
- Experience liaising with various teams including sales and delivery
- Experience of highlighting and managing risks and issues
- Excellent communication skills
