A Global Law Firm is looking for an experience Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to implement and roll out a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) / HR SaaS as well as work to improve the overall Human Resources (HR) function.
Our client is looking to embark on a HR transformation journey where they aim to optimise and improve their HR function by introducing a new HRIS on an international level. They are looking for a new PM to join their team on a permanent basis within their Project Management Office to work initially on the delivery of this project.
In the role, you will be working closely with business stakeholders from C-suite and down to define the target state of their HR capability and operations. You will provide day-to-day project leadership and ensure the project is being delivered within the define scope of time, cost and quality while defining and implementing project controls and governance.
The Ideal candidate has experience with:
• Delivering and managing of a global HRIS system implementation (ideally within the law sector).
• HR operations and functions including Core HR, compensation management, payroll, etc.
• Managing multi-disciplinary teams on a global basis.
• Successful project delivery through a full lifecycle using industry- standard methodologies.
The candidate must have:
• Experience working within the Law Industry for over 2 years.
• Experience working as a Project Manager for over 5 years.
