IT Business Analyst - Sales, Automation, Testing, Data Quality, Salesforce, ICM, Analytics - Permanent - Remote/London - £55,000 - £75,000 base + bonus + benefits
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, are seeking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis. You would be joining an exciting Sales Compensation team supporting the definition and prioritising changes to their ICM capability.
You will be tasked with driving changes to enhance simplification and automation of the project, gathering requirements, and managing testing of new software. You will also be ensuring that the UX features of the application align with the requirements of stakeholders and communicate these enhancements where needed. Finally, performing reconciliations of data from external systems and the internal ICM system, ensuring data quality and data accuracy.
Key requirements:
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing, Business Validation Testing, and data quality assurance
Strong senior stakeholder management skills, ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements
Strong data driven analysis skill set is a must
Experience in SQL, Salesforce, JIRA and PowerBI would be highly beneficial
