My client, a leading Private and Commercial Bank, are seeking Salesforce aligned Applications Support Specialist to join their London based team on a permanent basis.

You will join the Client & Marketing Systems team and act as the 1st line support for any Salesforce related issues. You will also be responsible for dealing with escalations, investigations, and maintenance checks to ensure the health and availability of services.


To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Multiple years of experience in a similar role (Application/Systems Support Specialist)
  • Proven experience providing technical advice for applications support
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce
  • Extensive experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Experience working with technology leads to drive development and transformation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
