Our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in the City, are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their change team on an initial 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of technology centric asset management focused initiatives. Spanning the business and technology, the successful candidate would be working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders including Directors, Project Managers and Programme Managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Scrum Master comfortable delivering multiple simultaneous agile focused initiatives across business and technology. Experience within an investment management environment and any exposure to Risk would be highly beneficial.
Experience required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering projects via scrum or agile.
- Experience managing Scrums within Investment Management would be highly beneficial.
- Experience across the full delivery life cycle and an ability to coach/lead teams to an agile mindset.
