My client, a leading Professional Services organisation has a permanent requirement for a Scrum Master to join their Internal Business Services function. You will be joining an exciting part of the business and working primarily with 2 key teams with their Agile journeys. One is well established in their Agile journey and the other is less mature and need someone to take them to that next level.
Across multiple streams of work for these teams you will be helping them achieve their project goals, ensuring requested features are efficiently planned and delivered. The next step in this agile journey would be adopting SAFE and so experience with SAFE would be highly beneficial. They need this person to be able to openly discuss why SAFE should be implemented and run through PI planning, costs and overall getting senior stakeholders onboard. Furthermore, the key requirement is someone with extensive experience as a Scrum Master that have worked with large-scale organisations.
The successful candidate would ideally have:
- Significant experience as a Scrum Master within a large-scale environment
- Experience of helping multiple teams on their Agile adoption journey
- Experience in managing and delivery projects in challenging environments and deadlines
- Exposure of SAFE and being able to comfortably talk about why implementing it is a benefit for the business
- Proficient at leading meetings with different audiences (senior management, technical & business teams) and driving next steps
