My client, a leading international Consultancy firm are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in one of their UK based offices. You would be a part of the innovation and evolution of their Business Analysis practices globally, to implement positive transformation across the business. As a Senior BA you will be required to mentor and coach more junior members of the team and report directly into the ‘Head of Business Analysis'.
You will be looking for innovative ways of improving user experience, in order to drive continuous improvement. This requires experience in writing business cases, user stories, requirement catalogue and mapping out business process. They are also looking for someone with exceptional stakeholder management skills as you will be working with stakeholders across the business of all levels. Proven experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a must.
The ideal skillset:
- Proven Business Analyst experience in a Lead/Senior position for a large-scale blue-chip organisation
- Waterfall AND Agile experience
- Experience mentoring/coaching junior BAs (line management responsibilities)
- Ability to write business cases, user stories, requirement catalogues and map out business processes
- Desire to improve user experience and business processes
- Proven experience evolving and improving BA practices
