An established FinTech is currently recruiting for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their new London based team operating out of the city of London. The Tel-Aviv based business has been running for the past four years and is already profitable and they are now expanding out their London office due to their rapid success and growth.
They are bridging the gap between Capital Markets and Re-Insurance and provide institutional investors access to Life and P&C insurance investments, whilst improving risk transfer and liquidity in the Insurance sector.
As mentioned earlier, the business is already profitable as they have a dedicated team of insurance professionals operating the day-to-day activities. Now, they are looking to build a platform to automate these processes. They use a backend of Node.js. and a frontend of React with SingleStore being the database and they are fully hosted on AWS.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following.
- A minimum of three years working in Full Stack development using Node.js and React as the technological environment.
- Any experience of working in a cloud environment would be highly beneficial.
- A strong knowledge of Agile principle and TDD would be highly beneficial.
- A background in either Capital Markets or Insurance would be beneficial, but not at all required.
