My Client, a leading Global Financial Services Infrastructure organisation, is seeking an highly experienced Strategy and Innovation Director to join their Capital Markets Central Business Function on a permanent basis, based in London. This team is responsible for supporting the division and its businesses in defining market opportunities, business strategies and strategic initiatives in support of the Capital Markets growth vision and strategy.
You will be leading the innovation and strategy activities, working closely with senior business leadership and other key stakeholders to contribute to the divisions commercial success in the Capital Markets space. Further to this you will be defining market opportunities, business strategies and executing objectives, as well as monitoring the market for investment and partnership opportunities, managing that growth pipeline. This will also include supporting the assessment of new commercial opportunities and leading the annual strategic planning cycle.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets gained from within a Strategic or Commercial Role
- Proven experience of developing commercial strategies
- Knowledge and experience with Digital Assets would be highly beneficial
- Delivery of high quality analysis and strategic/ commercial understanding
- Excellent strategic planning experience
- Highly skilled at building relationships and managing stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal and documentation skills
