My client, a leading global Financial Services organisation based in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager / Programme Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a high profile and complicated programme working across multiple functions to ensure the delivery road maps are adhered to and aligned to the business requirements. You will have strong, core Project Management skills as well as extensive experience and understanding of technology (software) and ideally have worked within a Scaled Agile and Change Management space. This is a very technical, delivery focused role and will be centred around data and analytics.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Extensive experience as a Technical Delivery Manager / Programme Manager.
- A software development background is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience within Change Management.
- Prove experience managing multi-million pounds budgets and matrix teams.
- Scaled Agile experience will be highly beneficial.
