Application Support Analyst – Digital, Customer Engagement, Support, Data, .NET, Troubleshooting, Media – London/Hybrid – Permanent - £50,000 - £60,000 base + benefits

My client, a leading global media and events organisation are seeking for an Support Service Analyst to join their global application operations team. You will be providing technical support to their multi-application suite.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of their applications, covering configurations and troubleshooting. You will also be required to write up vulnerability reports with the team and document changes as needed. As well as managing the onboarding of new technical services into production and managing the relationship with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.

Key skills:

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Application Support within a production environment.
  • Strong experience in data flows, reporting and .NET
  • Experience in a variety of application technologies including Cloud, On-prem and Legacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good relationship building skills partnered with good stakeholder management experience
