Events & Case Studies

The WIT initiative is currently very much at the forefront of our clients’ recruitment strategies. In the last few years, we have attended multiple client led events focused on their commitment to D&I campaigns and partnering with agencies to attract and retain diverse talent. We have helped clients in implementing, supporting and communicating recruitment strategies to attract females including:

  • Encouraging flexible working hours and working from home

  • Improving post-maternity return policies

  • Promoting female role models internally

  • Championing “returnships” for experienced professionals who have taken an extended career break

  • Utilising “top talent” functions on client portals to upload outstanding female talent

  • Including female team members wherever possible during the interview process

In addition to supporting client events, we have facilitated events across our network to share content and offer an interactive forum for discussion. In partnership with Women in Tech Club, a network of technologists committed to the D&I agenda, we have hosted online webinars on behalf of their community covering career development tips. These interactive sessions can be viewed below:

  • "During 2020 we had the privilege to collaborate with Cornwallis Elt running a series of online events as part of the D&I initiatives of the non-profit organization Women in Tech Club. The Cornwallis team accepted our invitation to share their expertise and delivered multiple online workshops on employability skills that made a huge impact to our community members and helped them on their job search during and post lockdown. We couldn’t thank them enough for their continuous support since then!"
