Our client, a leading Investment Manager based in the City, are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This will be to join their App Support Team and work on a number of systems to support their Real Estate and Finance teams.
You’ll be providing day-to-day support to the business users, ensuring that issues are logged and responded to accordingly. You will also be responsible for system administration and first line support for all Investment, Real Estate and Finance systems.
The ideal candidate will be working in a support role currently, ideally within financial services. Although experience within Real Estate/Finance is advantageous, the client is happy to provide training in these systems and is looking for someone who would be interested in moving into investment management long-term.
Experience required:
Educated to 'A' level standard (or equivalent) plus: -
- Previously worked in a financial services organisation
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
- Experience within an application support role
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of SQL or Excel VBA.
