A world-renowned global Financial Services organisation are looking for a strong Business Analyst to join their organisation on an initial 6 month contract in their thriving Engineering Team to help deliver quality analysis deliverables across the entire enterprise.
You will be joining a critical team that sees the value that Business Analysts can bring to the Agile development process. Working closely alongside the Product team you will need to enable scrum team backlog creation, providing input into roadmaps and translating business requirements into functional and non functional requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven Business Analysis experience alongside experience of working with Agile development frameworks within a thriving digital organisation. Experience in Scrum/Agile methodology is key and any cloud exposure would be highly beneficial too but not a necessity.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Multiple years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Proven Scrum / Agile methodology experience – including writing user stories
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of writing both technical and non-technical requirements
