Our client, an insurance firm based in the City, are seeking a Documentation Production Specialist to join their Digital Transformation team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all new publishing templates, will gain a solid understanding of technical platforms for the publishing product and will utilise VBScript for amendments. They will also be tasked with ensuring changes to documents are accurate and ensure products are created in compliance with
regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating and building documentation templates that can be automated and reused. Experience with publishing tools such as Opus and experience with scripting tools such as VBScript would be highly beneficial but aren't a core requirement. An ability to manage relationships with multiple business stakeholders and experience within an agile environment would be highly beneficial.
Skills required:
- Experience in document production and the creation of reusable templates.
- Using VBScript to update and create complex templates is highly desirable but not a core requirement.
- Experience liaising with a wide variety of departments and senior stakeholders would be beneficial.
